One platform. All government schemes. Empowering citizens through awareness.
SchemeSathi is a citizen-focused portal built by Bhavin Garg, a Computer Science engineering student, with the mission to make government schemes accessible, transparent, and easy to understand.
It was born out of a simple realization — millions of citizens miss out on benefits simply because they are unaware of them.
While exploring government resources, I realized that valuable schemes exist but are difficult to find, understand, and access.
Many people — especially in rural and underserved communities — are unaware of benefits they are eligible for. This gap between opportunity and awareness inspired me to build SchemeSathi.
Navigating multiple government websites can be confusing and discouraging. SchemeSathi solves this by bringing everything together in one place, making it easier for citizens to discover opportunities.
Instead of searching across dozens of portals, citizens can explore healthcare, scholarship, and pension schemes in one unified platform with direct official links.
SchemeSathi is built using HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, and modular JSON datasets.
This project helped me grow as a developer by focusing on scalability, responsive design, and real-world user experience.
Collecting accurate scheme data and structuring it in a scalable format was one of the biggest challenges. This experience strengthened my problem-solving and system design skills.
This project would not have been possible without my father’s support. He taught me that mistakes are part of growth and encouraged me to keep building and learning.
“Mistakes happen, but we should learn from them.”
— A guiding lesson from my father
SchemeSathi is dedicated to my father and to all families who inspire us to build a better future.
To become India’s most trusted platform for government schemes, ensuring that no citizen misses an opportunity due to lack of awareness.
